The centering throughout this is off:
-The phone in relation to the background.
-The top text in relation to the phone
-The logo in relation to it's white background

Also, the pinky finger looks as if it's cut off, or is simply floating in the air. There's an odd gap there between the pinky finger, and the ringer finger.

Personally, I'd also increase the space between your two lines of text at the top, and the phone. Perhaps even try increasing the text, or playing with the font a bit.

You could also add two circles at the top of the phone to mimic the front cameras on the iPhone.

it's a cool concept, I think you should fix the top text the bottom text isn't centered properly to the top text.
Pinky finger looks really odd.

And it looks like the phone is slanted.

The quality on the edge of the shadow is a little weird. Illustrator creates much clearly lines I feel.

Damn, if you actually made this for college you might want to be careful what you send in. Colleges are pretty strict about plagiarizing work, better hope you don't get caught.

Not to be completely rude, but if you are going to copy work that is 75% of what your finished product is. Then at least make your part of the work look good. Basically all you did was add text in, which you didn't even center or anything...
