Visxal wrote I know a better one, a whole chicken!

whole chicken is good , but he trying to gain mass and depending on his weight he will need to intake 3,000 + also a chicken breast has about 140 calories and 25gss of protein , He also will need to fit in carbs and fat which for me I find it sometimes hard to fit in all the carbs I need which is around 300-350. The weight gainers are not bullshit I gained around 15 kg since the start of using them. I would not drink more than 2 a day , only if I was badly stuck 3. He should also try get 4 Whole meals a day in with around 500cals each.

If you know a youtuber named Vitruvian Physique he posted a video on weight gainer yesterday check it out.

Maj wrote A tablespoon of creatine in the morning does a good job

Edit: just realised you already have creatine haha, anyway it's good. You have it liquid form or powered?

I have powdered creatine (mix with water)
In all honestly the taste isn't the best but I prefer to drink it as fast as possible.

Supplements aren't necessary in order to gain "mass". I would suggest you take supplements only if you cant really get all of your macros from food. Other than that food is the best source for macros. If you want to gain weight calculate your tdee and eat around 200-500 above that. DONT instantly increase your calorie intake like I did, it messes you up a bit and gets you a little chubby lol. Everything takes time, but as long as your meeting your macros and calorie intake it will be smooth sailing.

People who say " REAL FOOD" and dont buy supplements probably have never stepped foot in a gym. Yes supplements are not needed to gain mass , but they do put mass on you and get those extra calories you need in to your system. Most people do not have the time to cook 6 or even eat 6 meals a day , supplements are a good alternative to when you are stuck at work and have no food you can just whip out a shake for easy calories and it will fill you up . Also creatine has been proved for strength and recovery and is one of the best supplements out there. I have been using it for close to 4 months now and have seen strength increases in my lifts.

I would have to disagree with you on the fact that they "Never stepped foot in a gym." Just because they don't use supplements doesn't mean they can't get the same results. It is good for ease of use though when it comes to time management. Mixing a bowl of Greek yogurt with some fruits and chocolate protein mix is great for a morning snack etc. But, as for creatine I'm not using it due to possible hair loss lol.
