I'm one of the people that didn't come on here for the modding. But yeah as many people said its fading away and it will most likely never be the same like it was couple of years ago.

Them days were brilliant, good old Xbox memories. Starts with USB mods, then progresses to transfer cables then to ISO swaps before suddenly having a JTAG.

Feeling generous hosting free lobbies and making posts on TTG, doing nothing but staying up all night hosting mod menu lobbies feeling like a famous person because 9 year old fan boys have gone into shock when they have unlimited ammo.

Let's not forget the de-ranking, Xbox freezing maps, host boots etc...

Times have changed. I need sleep now, just randomly wrote a story

TTG is a great community. In my opinion i don't think the modding scene will ever die off. This was all said around 5 years ago yet people still go out and buy RGH's, Jtags, Jailbreaks. Once one is created/made or what ever you want to call it...for the next gen. Then the modding scene would be booming again. I'm pretty sure Rodent posted a video or image of a Chinese guy who claims to have created an XB1 RGH of some sort. And i think he sold it. So that was pretty sweet. But i don't think it will ever die off completely. Long Live The Modding Scene!

Sadly I wasn't here when modding was big, but I wished I was.

imo, mods made games like cod4 that more fun. I have no interest in the remaster coming out, it's not gonna be as fun as when the game first dropped on 360 / ps3.
