Every time my friend tries to play a game it disconnects him for the game saying ''You must have an active network connection to play Xbox live matches.''


He has hard reset the Xbox and reset his router. Nothing has worked yet. Any suggestions?

Mine was recently doing this. My problem was I was to far from my router and my connection wasn't picking up that good!

Maybe Nat type?

Try deleting the account and recovering it again.
