Im rank 10 in scout and still havent gontten the achievment for getting rank 2??? Any thoughts?

Definitely glitched. I believe they reset every time you exit the game, though will still show the progression. You have to get them in 1 session for the moment or it wont work which sucks.
And lets say you're rank 5 medic, you'll need to rank twice in 1 session to get the achievement.
