So I used to buy games on xbox 360. If it was $50 then I had to use a $50 but now on xbox one, I need to pay tax for like a game which is actually $59.99 but have to buy $64-65.
Any way to buy digital games without paying tax?
(Not an American citizen, just using the american xbox store since it's cheaper than UK's store)
Please don't bash

The only states without statewide sales and use taxes are Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon - Forbes

I would go back to buying the disc. I can install a game off the disc a lot quicker than I can download one. I guess it all depends on your internet connection.

You can but most of the time this is a catch 22 because when the disc was made it usually isn't the final game and if you are going to play multiplayer most of the time you end up having to redownload atleast half of the game to the full game anyway because they change the final file before release. Most people don't realize that once the game is installed, the only thing the disc is used for is the licensing file that is on the disc. The game actually is still a digital game hence why the install sizes are the same. This is the case because once the file sizes starting getting really big then the blu-ray spin speeds can't keep up with the read speeds of a hard drive. The game is never read from the disc, just installed.
