Or you can do it for free.

Go on pro clubs, take all the traits off back of the screen. Go back onto where you put your SP's on and put everything you want on but leave one SP.
Go to Network settings, go offline, then go online.
Go back to FIFA, load back up pro clubs and you'll have all the skill points you spent back and you will have kept the trait.

You're welcome, don't pay this moron money for this.
