Yes you just have to let it do what it is doing mine took 2 hours after an update this morning it took the piss.

Could be internet issues idk. I got it sometimes and it takes like 30 seconds. Not sure the cause of it.

I'm having the same problems and sadly the steps to fix it are just not working.

This happened to me today turn your console off then hold in the sync button and the eject disc button on your xbox while holding them in turn on your xbox and it will boot up with 4 options choose reset to factory settings and it will fix it, it also gives the option to keep games and apps installed so dont worry about loosing everything but you will need to sign back into your account with the email and password you used.

Try turning your Xbox One off by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds then turn it back on using the controller. Wait 10-15 minutes and see if your Xbox loads up. I had this problem yesterday.

I had the same issue and when I contacted Microsoft they told me todo this.

1.hold the power button for 5-10 seconds or intel the consel goes off.

2.unplug the power box from the wall/power strip and from the xbox for 3 minutes.

3.hook everythang back up and turn te consel on.

It should be fixed! What this does is it hard resets your consel.
