Am a preview member. So I'm pretty frustrated by now because I bought BF1 digital and my Xbox can't seem to download it. It says it's downloading but the it actually starts by luck. I don't even know how it reached 16% but just can't seem to get it going. The bandwidth usage shows that something is downloading but I don't know. Updates seem to start after a min or 2 but games don't start. Tried deleting and downloading again but that doesn't work

Also when I try to open a game it shows an error and says that opening the game took too long and after 2 or 3 try does it really open.

My friend was having the same problem with his xbox. Also every time he would update a game it made him download the entire game.

He went ahead and got into contact with Microsoft support live chat. They got him all fixed up.
Good luck with your problem bro. Hope you figure it out.

my download would always seem to stop also when digitally download games but the way ive fixed it is unplug the power brick and/or restart my console. Always fixed my download and would start right back where it was without having problems.

Just like Xaldin said, try clearing the Cache. That can be done by holding the xbox power button until you hear the console fully shut off.
