You will not. I had over 4 billion dollars, spent most of it on cars,garages, business/warehouses, etc. Got myself to 2 million over such a long time and still haven't been banned or lost any money. Trying to rack up some money with my business though. I'd recommend investing in a business so you can earn money once your hacked money is gone bro. Just a tip

I'm not saying purchase everything, I just did that because I felt rich and was like "Yeah, let me blow my money on stupid shit that I'll never use!". And half of it was new DLC's coming out over time I blew a lot of money on those. It's truly up to you man, but just because money is sitting in your bank account doesn't mean they're going to suspect you of hacking it.
