Just got on GTA, thought there was supposed to be another biker/haloween update..?

All I've come across so far is a bike with a skull on the front with red lights. The bike is 1.9 million.

Nope, I didn't need to update either. And not to my knowledge. There's probably clothes though, I just haven't been able to find them
