Every generation is different, and this generation is not the worst. Kids like to dance, there is nothing wrong with them doing the whip and whatever else. There is nothing wrong with cursing. For example, there is no difference between butt and ass, they mean the same thing, some body just decided that they want to make these words into "curse" words. It sounds like you just need to grow up. While smoking weed in most places is considered illegal, it is not a big deal. Actually in a lot of cases, weed has done good. For example weed that is used for medical reasons. It is good for kids and people in general to feel good about them self. If smoking weed, makes them fell better and raise their confidence, then let them do that. It is not your life, it is theirs, they should be able to live it how they want as long it does not affect others. I do agree with you that people can be mean, but it is the same with every generation. The kids on xbox are just acting like that, because they think that they can get away with whatever they say or do on xbox, and for the most part, they do. Most of them would never say that stuff in person. I don't know what was wrong with the girl, but that is not how she should have acted. But just because a few people do some things that you disagree with, does that mean that everyone else from that generation are the same or that new generation of people are horrible? The answer is no. This type of thing happens with every generation.... The older generation does not like what the new generation is doing. And I think that is because the older generation grew up different, and they don't understand the new generation.

I have to agree with you. I was just at the park the other day and I saw a kid maybe about 13/14 years old smoking with what looked like HIS FATHER. Obviously his parents didn't care about what he did if they were right there with him and that's one of the biggest problems. Parents are starting to become too focused on other things and don't care about their children enough to be involved in their lives.

Who cares? The previous generations were no better. Generation X are arrogant pricks and Baby Boomers are the worst generation in the last millennium.

I'm not a fan of this view of our generation. It's all relative. Our generation didn't invent the shitty behavior you see from a chunk of us. The Internet makes it easier to see.

This generation is the most progressive this world has seen. We're growing up in the information revolution. There's a lot of possibility for us and I think it's important to give our generation the benefit of the doubt. If you don't have faith in your own generation you're part of the problem.
