I am very confused and scared to downgrade my computer...

The original version was Windows 8.1 now i upgraded to Windows 10, when I hit restore computer it pops up with Windows 7 only not windows 8.1 is it okay if I was to downgrade my computer to something it never was? Please let me know ASAP thanks!

Are you referring to the option that is in the upgrade and security option?

Yeah on the restore thing it only tells me I can restore only to Windows 7 even though my computer didn't come in windows 7

Yeah it will be fine, if Windows 7 was not compatible with your PC then it wouldn't be on there, in my opinion going to windows 7 is better and more stable than 8.1 anyway
