Try calling your local superstores like the walmarts, targets, k-marts, etc. Get a hold of the electronics department and ask for Black Ops. Tell them that you didn't see it the last time you were there and ask them to check in the back of the store. If they have it there (which most stores have it by now), ask them to hold it for you. NOTE: Some stores already know not to sell early, so they might not let you buy, just pre-order/Hold it until the release day. If they hold it for you with no questions/comments, just walk into the store, tell them your name that you held the game under and they should sell it to you!

I did this for my Hardened Edition, but didn't get early and now, I'm trying to find a stupid sales associate to sell it to me early using the same method . I hope I helped.
