Halloween this year wasn't as big as other years where i live either, I hardly saw anyone also.
It was so foggy were i live in the UK which made it look alot more spooky which was good haha.

It was ruined by the fact it was on a Monday. A lot of people went out Friday and Saturday.

It feels dead every year to me now the best years were when I was like 7- 16.

I passed out at 11 o clock at a party and I don't really remember much. Overall it was fun though

Here's something I noticed from a smaller town perspective:
We, as a town, have gravitated more towards one big town event like trunk or treat (where cars park in a parking lot and decorate their car trunk and families go car to car) and things like that compared to going door to door. I know my town did something like this and a few towns around me did it as well. I guess the concern of safety for children has caused this, which is disappointing for me at least but a bit understandable.
