Want to build a computer for playing Skyrim and using mods on it with decent graphics. I want to be able to play most games on semi good graphics. I'm getting this for my sister and for Christmas and my budget is 850 Canadian Dollars.

Needs:
To be able to run Skyrim with ZERO Lag with mods.
To run school programs for Graphic Design and so on.
Writing papers.

Thank you to anyone who helps. I can put the computer together I just have not done this in awhile and since this is for my sister I wanted some pro advice thanks guys!

Included a nice ultrawide, IPS, 75Hz monitor, but it's $50 over budget. If you need a monitor, and need it cheaper, you can get this;

If you don't need a monitor at all, then get what I suggested(minus the monitor obviously) and you can put the extra $150 or so, towards a larger SSD and/or an i5-6500 instead of the i3, or GTX 1060 instead of the 1050Ti.
