hey guys im building my brother a pc for christmas, main use of it will be playing gta v mods. looking to spend £400-£450 if possible ill need all parts except monitor, keyboard/mouse, disk drive and OS. im going to be buying the parts asap as its for christmas and this forum really helped when i built my first pc so i thought why not try again
