Good, but I still recommend the HyperX. Cheaper too.

Tsundere wrote I would recommend HyperX Cloud Core, they have excellent sound/bass. I listened to music, and the bass was shaking the damn headset. Plus, they're cheap, don't break, made out of aluminum, sounds great plugged into literally anything, and the surround sound is godly. The only sucky thing is at first it'll hurt your head for like a day. You can buy one at Gamestop for 60$s.[/quote
Can i use them to talk and game at the same time?
Yes.

For xbox one get the Astro TRs by far the best headset ever.

I have had every brand out there. Going from Turtle beach to Trittons to Astros and I will never return back to Turtle Beaches or Trittons due to a simple reason. The astros are so comfortable and give your ill control of your headset. Having a Mixamp is amazing.

Also, the sound quality is so great on them.
