My friend has a computer and it shows its connected to the wireless internet. When he goes to the internet browser (Firefox & IE) nothing will happen and it says server not found.
He did say the only thing he could of possibly done to mess it up is he opened his nat type for his xbox one

Any help?

Could you follow this and show us the ipconfig /all result.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Need to see your IP address as well as the DNS settings.

Could you also from CMD, "ping 8.8.8.8" and show the result.

Try Chrome

read the event viewer logs ( custom view > admin logs )

uninstall wireless adapter drivers and re install

also, as kyle said, post the results of your ipconfig

Try using a different browser if that doesnt work then it may be your DNS server, right click the wifi bar in bottom right and click troubleshoot, that may find erros.
