In all honesty, just keep YouTube as a hobby and don't try to make it a career. Have it as something you do on the side but don't try to think you'll make it into something like PewDiePie or anything in that area. It will save you a lot of trouble bro.

You sound like you don't enjoy YouTube you're just trying to gain views. If I was you I would be happy with what I am getting and what I have. You have 124 subs dude, and you average 0-30 views a video. That's better than gaining nothing at all. I understand that you put time and effort into making videos, but you just gotta keep pushing man. Come up with different titles for your videos, better thumbs, a descriptive description.. These are some tips, but most of all be thankful for what you have because the people coming to your channel will turn you off immediately if you sound like you don't enjoy it.

so true. I wish i had 124 subs, but im thankful for my 40 lol. But you are right you have to enjoy it.
