Connecting Headset to Xbox One

So I'm getting an xbox one in a few days time and I was wondering if I'd be able to connect my audio technica MH50s to it. I mean will I be able to connect them

Ummm I think you can only connect a headset via controller or a controller adapter, not exactly sure though.

Just make sure you get the newer xbox controller with the built in 3.5mm jack and you should be able to connect to them like that

I'm getting the xbox one elite because it was down to £200 pound, I think it has the new controller, well I hope so
