Just today as i browse youtube and ttg my graphics card fans kick on at full speed for a second then turn off. this is happening every 2-5 minutes. Im not sure why and i cant find anything about it. i have the Gigabyte Radeon r9 390. Also when the fan kicks on it feels like its blowing warm air. Please help, thank you

Download MSI afterburner, that should give you some information on whats going on with your PC. Doesnt sound like your doing anything "taxing" on it. MSI afterburner will give you stats on your card

The fans on a graphics card usually on kick on if the card is too hot, and with you saying blowing warm air makes sense. I'd recommend cleaning all your pieces with compressed air to get dust out and see if that fixes it. If not look into getting better fans.
