Wait for a car. Mopeds are dangerous and normally unreliable due to the fact they're made cheap to fit a young persons budget.

It depends on where you live if you're in an enviroment that is always warm with minimal rain then sure

But if you live somewhere wet cold snowy etc go for the car its a way better choice
