Says message can not send messages. Only happens on consol. Still can send on website and app. Tech support could not find a answer either.

It is probably an issue with your connection, you can try clearing the cache on your console too. You can clear the cache by holding the xbox button until you hear the console fully shut off.

Try deleting your account off the console, and clearing the consoles cache and then recover your account.

Neither of the two suggestions worked. Just trying to avoid deleting and re downloading the update because that's when this started

Reset your router and modem for 30 secs. Turn Xbox off by pressing and holding the button on the Xbox itself. If that doesn't work DM me.
