Do you need a monitor? No
Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? No
What will you use the PC for? Gaming. Games like Csgo,h1z1,rust etc

After reading abit online I've managed to come up with that but it's over the 300 budget. is there anything that I can change to make it better/cheaper? I've got a spare TB hard drive already that I can use for storage with the ssd

I would personally change your choice of graphics card to a GTX 750TI

Consider getting this motherboard you wont really need anything too fancy and you will also save money

Haswell makes zero sense. GTX 750Ti that was suggested is a ridiculous idea. That EVGA PSU is trash.
