Could you build yourself its a lot cheaper and you can get better parts because your not buying pre built, also whats your budget, do you need a monitor, do you need an OS?

Definitely build your own system.

Better keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Nice big SSD. GTX 1070 will easily max 1440p. These monitors typically overclock quite well, so that should be nice if you decide to do that. You also have the option to overclock the CPU if you wish. If you need to save some money, get a Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro S, or MasterKeys Pro L with Cherry MX Blues instead of the K70 LUX RGB.
