I'm close to my mom.
She helps me through everything and she understands me better than my brother and dad does.

I am only close to my mother, Im not close to my father at all he doesn't bother with me but that doesn't bother me in the slightest. I only need my mother in my life out of my parents.

I'm closer to my mum because my dad lives around 1 hr 30 minutes from where I live and I only see him a 2-4 times a year.

When i see things like this everyone tends to say closer to mum even if they have a good connection. I love both my parents equally, i can tell them both everything.
