Here is how to get into a game on GTA online with like one other person in it:
When you get into GTA online, press Find New Session over and over until it says Timed Out Locating Session.
It will put you back into Single player.
Just load up GTA online again and you will be either in a solo game or in a game with 1 or 2 other people.
