Hey, I saw the Stickied thread and it said I need it but can i do it with the normal GTA IV if I have downloaded the DLC for TBOGT??

you need the episodes from liberty city disk so it installs the mods as the ballad of gay tony because the games both have diffrent files in thats why mate
