A single 1080 wont give you 60fps on max settings for most games, i added the extra ram in there in case he wanted to maybe do video's etc. in the future because for that 16 is the bare minimum to have for both a gaming pc and maybe content creation. He doesn't have to go with it, it's just my reasoning on that build

16gb of RAM is not the "bare minimum" for gaming and streaming. 16GB is more than sufficient. Anything more is just extra.

I'm speaking in terms of content creation with gaming

It's still not the bare minimum. 16GB is plentiful. Hell, even 8gb can get the job done. With a 5k budget, sure put 32gb of RAM in, but most of it doesn't get used much.

Streaming is going to depend on your internet connection. You don't need to spend anywhere near $5k. There you go, $2k for a system with a nice 4k monitor, and nice RGB kb+mouse. SLI support so you can easily add a 2nd GTX 1070 at any point. Cryorig H5 will perform similar to the Corsair AIO you were looking at, but will be quieter and better for airflow, so I'd just get the H5 since it's better and significantly cheaper. It's literally a high end cooler for less than $50, that's a steal. K70 is one of the best, if not the best keyboard on the market, so RGB K70 will treat you well. Mouse isn't as huge a deal, so get the Razer mouse if you want, but I included the M65 PRO since it's a good mouse, has RGB LEDs, and matches the K70 quite well. Cooler Master Xornet is another good option for mouse. 16GB RAM is plenty, and you can always add another 16GB at any point if you want. I also included better fans and a better case for you. 500GB 850 EVO is a nice big SSD, and it's very well priced right now. You also have an m.2 slot on the motherboard so can upgrade to something like a 960 EVO in the future potentially for super fast SSD speeds. 850 EVO will be plenty right now though. 2TB is plenty storage for now, and you can always easily add more HDD storage in the future if you need/want.
TTGDage wrote ill be using the computer for mostly gaming and a little bit of streaming
