The first amendment is the freedom of speech. It disallows the government from establishing a religion and it gives the people the freedom to assembly. It basically ensures that dissent can never be a criminal act.

The fourth amendment is protection from illegal search and seizures. It disallows the government (law enforcement) from searching your property without a warrant or probable cause.



The Constitution are unmovable amendments that were made to be limits on the government. It was created to ensure that a President couldn't become a dictator and that the government is limited in their scope on how they can control the people.

Enacting new amendments is hard as hell and it's just as hard to repeal amendments. It's basically the guidelines for all other laws.

I been to many countries, but I'm from US.

What I like about the US is the culture. It's mixed and it's more freedom.

im from canada lived here my whole life as to fav thing about it it depends if were talking about cities activity whatever the case maybe i will say the low violence and almost nice people

Serious question though; isn't the 4th amendment broken all the damn time? I've seen plenty of videos of police just entering a person's home for a search, when asked if they have a warrant, it becomes a shit fest with either the home owner being arrested if not killed for whatever reason. Hell I was a victim of that in my 2nd to last year of school out here. I gave out tic-tacs to a friend and someone thought I was selling pills, the principal pulled me into the office and police officers went through my whole backpack, locker, even went as far to drive me home since I was suspended, then when I opened the door to go in, followed me in and checked my room.

The thing with the fourth amendment is that it does get broken from time to time by ignorant or just uncaring police officers. However in terms of public school k-12 the fourth amendment is basically non-existent. You can be held by the principal and searched by the principal or police officers. The only thing they cannot do is perform a strip search or any other kind of search that requires you to remove articles of clothing. However in the real world, or when you're done with high school no one is legally allowed to pull you to the side and search you unless they have reasonable suspicion to search you. Basic rights in this country are almost entirely neglected though when it comes to k-12 schooling in the US. Basically they do whatever the hell they want until you hit 18 lol. Laws in this country will almost always have some form of stipulations that disregard them in certain situations. However the 1st amendment is one that will almost never be written off. Just because it causes massive uproar and public disgust. If you want to see some more examples of this look up the US court case of Tinker.

Yep. That is why more people should donate to places like the ACLU and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
I don't think that America is perfect. We're screwing up. I'm just glad that the founding fathers were thinking.
