Hey So I found a Gaming PC at Best buy and its very good but lets say I don't like the Video Card, Can i change it and no effect the PC or what, Please let me know

Yes you can easily replace the gpu in most cases. As long as your card fits you should be alright.

But the real question is how much are you wanting to spend on a pc, also do you need a monitor keyboard or mouse, then we can go from there
