I don't know really anything about building PC's or modifying them, I really just want to be able to play GTA 5 and other games without FPS drops. These are my specs at the moment [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I just want to know if I buy a new graphics card like a Nvidia GTX 1070 or anything like that, would I be able to just put it in my PC and be able to run games? I've seen videos and they're talking about CPU's and **** everything that I know nothing about. So could I just buy a graphics card and put in my computer??

We need more information than that, I'd suggest downloading Speccy and giving us the results. However I'm fairly certain that Speccy doesn't tell you your PSU or case. So you'll have to find that out for yourself.

That's not your specs, just your CPU. We need to know the rest of your specs, like motherboard, case, PSU, GPU.

I just have a dell computer. I'm downloading Speccy now! The case is just a normal dell case..

You're going to want a new case and PSU to be able to add any sort of GPU.

Just a new PSU, a founders edition, (reference) card is made for cases like these, to keep a low profile, and to keep the case cool as the hot air is never in the case, it is vented out of the back. But since it is a computer that is mass produced the power supply is s*** and will need a replacement.
