You don't just 6 felonies for no reason, if he is sentenced 60 years to life, he most likely deserves it.

So he stole a firearm with loaded magazines, Had narcotics and brass knuckles?
The stolen firearm charge is 2 felonies and with loaded magazines is more.
If he is a convicted felon already then he isn't allowed to own a firearm so that would be another felony.
As for the Narcotics, it depends on how much he had on his person because over a certain amount is possession with intent to distribute which is a felony.
The brass knuckles aren't that bad but could still be a felony if he is already a convicted felon.

Yeah was stupid for what he did honestly this isnt an excuse but if he was high at the time he could have taken at as joke carrying that shit cause they said he was trying to show his friend and what not
