That's not very much (in the spectrum of things), so I'd buy my parents house, and both of them cars, buy myself a nice truck, and maybe buy my brother a house and maybe buy me a house. Houses wouldn't be more than $200k for my brother and I though, but the rest of the money would go into a savings account and rot collecting interest until I need it or until I retire.
