I don't think you should have a say on whether or not a child has the chance to live or not, if you don't want the baby just give it up for adoption.. I'm sure another couple that can't have children would like that child. 100% ILLEGAL

This answer is going to differ vastly from person to person, but personally I think unless it's within two months of the pregnancy then it shouldn't be done.
After two months the baby has a heartbeat, fingernails, teeth, etc. That's definately a human being and shouldn't be allowed to be killed in my opinion. A woman's convenience isn't more important than a human life and they shouldn't be allowed to choose who can live and die.

It should be legal but with strict guidelines.
If a person was proven to be raped then they have the right to abort it,
If a couple both agree to abort it due to genetics (both parents carry the CF gene)
If the child has an extremely low chance of survival due to defects detected early on.
I would disagree with aborting it if you decided to test your luck not using birth control
If you cant afford to raise a child (just give it up for adoption)
Its nice reading everyone else's view on this matter

1/2 & 1/2 here.
Yes because it just doesn't seem to be practiced properly or from what we've seen in media, it's not humane. Yet seems to have worked out so far, in cases in which abortion was the solution or choice.
BUT.
No because sometimes we do not expect the things that happen in life. This is one of those times where a "to be parent" can make the decision to stop that. Not out of want to stop a life from forming but because they know they are not ready or prepared. We are all free to make our choices and having a child is a choice that CHANGES EVERYTHING. It should still be up to the beholders of the child both male and female.

Fimvark wrote Absolutely should be illegal
If your man enough to *** up in her then you
Need to be man enough to raise a kid
Why take a life that never had a choice
Think of it this way what if it was you?
If you say it should be legal then what would happen if you where aborted you would of never been here
Either have safe sex or don't have sex unless you want a kid SIMPLE
Don't blame your surrounding
It's wrong to take a life
If abortion should be legal so should murder
And we kill everyone
There are people who hold the complete reverse view of yours and they have as much justification for their view as you do.
I'll just switch your post around to their point of view and it makes just as much sense.
It shouldn't just be legal, it should be encouraged.
If you are man enough to *** up in her then you
Need to be man enough to abort a fetus
Why give birth to a life that never had a choice?
Think of it this way what if it was you?
If you say it should be illegal then you are condemning billions of people to a life filled with suffering instead of non-existence.
If you want to have unsafe sex then be prepared to either abort a fetus or live with the guilt of forcing life onto something SIMPLE
Don't blame yourself, blame your surroundings
It's right to take an unborn life
If abortion should be illegal then slavery should be legal because you are forcing your will onto another being either way
This might sound like something that you would hear on a GTA V radio station, but these people do have a point which is as good as yours, if not better.
Personally I think it should be exactly how Roe v. Wade has made the law in the US.
Completely legal and open to every woman up to 23 weeks no matter how many abortions they have had before.
23 weeks is when the nervous system develops. That is when a fetus can feel pain and that is when I - and the current laws - consider it a living being.
After those 23 weeks I would make exceptions for rape, incest, if the life of the mother is in danger, or a fatal defect is detected in the fetus so that the mother doesn't have to go through the trauma of having a miscarriage.

Should be 100% legal. The mother has a right to decide what happens in her body right until she's about to give birth because the baby is hers and so is her body
The fact that people don't think raped woman should be able to abort their child is crazy to me, the child isn't theirs and they shouldn't have to keep it if they don't want to

Only if necessarily needed I think it may be required for some people.

I think so, if a woman gets accidentally pregnant and can't afford it I feel she would need an out.

Rape happens, man.
And what if there's complications?
What if the birth will kill the mother?
Or if you know the baby wont make it to term?
It's not black and white.
