I have listed my iPhone 6s on gumtree for 400 and I received a text message saying could I email ... to discuss the phone. So I did and he wants to buy it and he's willing to pay any charges including postage charges. But he wants to send the money as goods and services so could someone tell me if I am secure doing this as goods and services or not and how it can be resolved etc, or if I should even sell it to him.

I personally would say a big no no. Too many people get screwed over by paypal including myself I wouldn't risk it.

Say payment via family or friends or bank transfer if I was you

Goods or services I would of said... Due too the fact of once the item has been received on the other end the money would go straight into the account but if its you doing it, take it as friends or family

Well first of all a iPhone 6s is not worth $400 lol. But do not accept the payment as goods and services. Only accept it as friends and family. Because as soon as you ship it, hes gonna dispute the charge

It was 400 as a base price I noted that I am open to offers for less.
