There's an easy way to avoid being deranked because of boosting. I'm prestige 20 rank 117 and I've boosted the whole way and haven't been banned and will not be banned for a fact

They said they'll ban the blatant boosters and cheaters. The ones on the top of the leaderboards and have abused it way too much. Banging domes in cage match will not hurt you unless your 20th prestige level 117

All you have to do is play legit hoping nobody reports you to erase your recent like 100 matches.
