So lately I've been very stressed and upset because I hit a big financial problem. Parents aren't really helping me and I'm lost on what to do. I've been 8+hours a day trying to create things for people to get money. But it's stressful and gets me very frustrated and upset when I mess up.. Friends are getting mad at me because I'm pissy and I'm not talking to anyone and staying to myself.
What's the best thing to do to relieve stress, or what can I do. I hit my breaking point and I don't kno what to do anymore.

Everyone deals with stress differently. Find a way to take you away from all you're problems. But... Try to keep on top of stuff and just relax in the meantime. Give your brain a little rest and just get back to working on issues later

I'm trying. It's a hard thing for me to do. I've spent my whole life putting everything I got for people with nothing in return.

Cut those people out of you're life. I was in a similar position and cut the people out, best move I've ever made!

You'll eventually talk to new people. What's more important? Having people in you're life that take you for granted and make you un-happy or having no friends / family for a short while whilst you make new friends?

Exercise.

Go to the gym, go running or maybe even a hobby like swimming or boxing. I always find that keeping active helps take my mind off things and think in a more positive way.

Things always get better, it just takes time.

I wish I knew. I hate saying no to people or not helping. That's the hard part for me.. I put myself to death before I stop trying to help. But it's like killing me now.
