Just wondering what people think is the best formation to play. At the minute I'm playing a 4-4-1-1 but now I'm in division 3 it doesn't seem to be any good.

Personally I play 4321 then switch to 41212(2) at kick off.
The majority of pro players use this formation set-up
Personally I would look more at players you use rather than formation.

I play with fast strikers like Sturridge and Vardy and skilful midfielders like Bolasie and Firmino
