My monitor loses signal after like 5 minutes of me starting a game, computer stays on and audio cuts off also.

CPU: i7-6700
GPU: Msi R9 390
MB: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z170 S
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB 288-Pin DDR4
CPU cooler: DEEPCOOL Gamer Storm CAPTAIN 240 CPU Liquid Cooler WHITE

Edit: I also unplugged everything and took the GPU out and put everything back.

Edit2: Doing it now without me being in a game

Change the HDMI cord from the back with a new one and try lowing the graphics to 720 from 1080 for example just for 10 minutes to see what happens.

Complete uninstall your graphics drivers using driver sweeper and downloading the latest drivers for your gpu.
