I like Chrome because it's what I've been using for ages.
I like the chrome themes and the extensions.

user here

I started out using Chrome, and now I have all my bookmarks and things on Chrome and can't get myself to switch to the lighter Firefox. Thank god for 16GB of RAM.

Both have their upsides and downsides.

Chrome is more power hungry so it will work better on a more powerful machine.

Firefox is better for lower powered machines due to less resources needed.

Firefox has great features built into it for web dev, that's the only thing i use it for.

Used to use Firefox and Opera occasionally. Started having some weird issues with Firefox so I switched to Chrome for a little bit, got used to Chrome and have been using it since. I prefer Firefox but I've been using Chrome for so long now it's just my go to these days. I use Tor Browser occasionally though.
