You always have a chance of being banned just take that chance they won't ban your Xbox either it'll be the GTA V online account.

I got banned on PS4

And I paid extra for ban insurance but I don't think the person is still active here!

When you mod, it's always a chance you will get banned. Even if it's a year from now. You can still get banned
