hey guys, so heres my problem. i bought a pre modded gta account about 6 months ago, i have the account name and email, but i have forgotten the password. i cannot recover the account because the recovery questions are made up, phone numbers etc. so basically all i have is the gamertag and email. i have been on the phone with xbox for an hour and they are no help, id really like to access my account over the christmas break and play gta. any resolutions to my problem, thank you in advanced

best bet would of been xbox, you need too keep on at them man

The only way to have access to that account would be to actually have the email. They would send you a new password to the email associated with the account.

Have you tried contacting the dude you bought the account from?
