I usually aim for 7-8 hours sleep each night. I work nights so usually not asleep til like 4am-5am.

I only sleep for like 1-4 hours, but before I could go hours on end... There was a point I went a FULL week without sleeping

Sleep lol then again I wouldn't be able to sleep if it weren't for my clonidine! Used to go days without sleep tried melatonin, Nyquil, and all of those silly over the counter sleep aid remedies!!

I work really odd hours so I sleep when I can but usually don't get more than 4-5 hours when I sleep but realistically even a 30 minute power nap can help a lot
