To be honest I don't like this at all compared to your other work.
First of all the triangles don't quite fit in. Second, I don't know why the background suddenly cuts out. Kind of looks like a dupolicate just beneath the main header to me.
Also, third thing, the shadow looks really just wrong in my opinion. Try removing these things and see how it looks?

To me, it looks like you just copied that part of the image and flipped it around for the bottom which in my personal opinion doesn't look the best. I don't really like the noticeable line at the bottom of the header if I'm being honest. Could just be me though.

I think the text is very legible and works well, I like the background color and the liquid look of it even though I think the blue needs to be toned down a little bit because it is almost too much color.

I also think that you need to either make the logos and what not at the bottom a little bigger and more readable, or take them out. At the current sizing of them some of them are readable and work well, and some are too small and impossible to know what they are.

There is a piece at the bottom, a whole streak that doesn't match the rest of the piece, looks quite weird like that.
