I used to be up for hours just laying in bed while trying to sleep but I fixed my sleeping pattern so now I wake up at 5am and I'm wrecked by about 9pm. That way I can't really make it past 11pm without getting really tired tbh.

Daniel wrote I used to get to sleep so easily but since my sister passed away I haven't been able to sleep properly and I don't think I ever will to be honest.

Damn, sorry to hear that. Rest easy.

I do sometimes, but thats when i lie in stupidly late.

Exercise during the day helps a lot.
