Gatorade contains 56 grams of sugar. Cut that off first of all.

Honestly mate I would say go to the gym and start a diet plan, I stated the gym around 8-10 months ago and lost half the weight I wanted to lose and I only manage to go for 2-6 hours a week due to work

i kinda feel uncomfortable going to the gym around here a lot of judging, but I will start going once I shred some of the weight. Going to get me a weight scale to see how much I'm, I know of around 300+. Going to do some walking on the tread mill after Christmas.

you should never be afraid too go to the gym just because of your weight man

Sorry for not updating but where it's the holidays the habits came back.

I'm officially going to start losing weight to join the military! Talked to a personal trainer an he said jumping jacks 30 minutes a day and increase over time! Push up(female push ups if unable to do push ups), set ups 30 minutes and increase overtime.

Also going to get a copy of army exercises so I know what to do and build my body to do them.


Also this is unrelated, but if some one could link me to a asvab studying website I'll rep.

A good diet is really the main thing here.

You could do a lot of cardio, and eat loads of bad food and then you counteract all the hard work you've done.

The only TRUE way of losing weight.

Exercise 30 minutes a day, even if it's just walking. You can walk, jog, run, lift etc just exercise for 30 min.
Drink a shit ton of water, like I'm not kidding. Water will make you lose weight so fast. Replace all drinks you are drinking now with water, if you need to at first, add some flavor, but just water itself is so good for you.
And just eat right,, diet right cut out the fast food, and all the potato chip and all the shit food. Eat more fruit and vegetables every day.

Just take this to heart though, losing weight doesn't happen in a day, it's progresses over time. So if you don't see anything instantly DON'T stop. Keep going, no matter what if you really want to lose weight.
