Earlier on I used a German VPN in order to access something anonymously. Now, even after uninstalling the VPN, uninstalling google chrome and reinstalling and a few other attempts, my google chrome opens to the new tab page but with "Google Deutschland" instead of "Google UK".

When I use the URL bar to search, it comes up with german sites instead of English too. I've tried everything and it is still stuck in German, any help?

Reinstall Google completely.

Checj what your default Search engine is it may be set to google.de.
