anyone know of a way to get hold of the launcher plus ammo if you missed the independance dlc?

Just wait until Christmas and New Years. R* allow the launcher and ammo available at Ammunation at those times. Other than that I heard you can get ammo by destroying somebody's warehouse shipment when all your other weapon ammo is maxed already, but I don't know if that still works.
